摘要
大功率发动机与底盘配套联接时,通常采用刚性联接和弹性联接两种方式,本文以某3500k W发电机组为例,对弹性联接中的整体隔振和单独隔振两种底盘联接方式进行比对分析,并对最终采用的整体弹性联接方式进行隔振分析计算。
When the high power engine and the chassis are connected,rigid mounting and resilient mounting are usually adopted in two ways,as example as the latest development 3500 k W generating set of CNPC Jichai Power Equipment Company. We compared and analyzed the integrated resilient mounting and separating resilient mounting two chassis Mounting mode. the paper also shows the result of vibration analysis and calculation of the ultimate use of the integrated resilient mounting.
