摘要
以汽车生产线阴极电泳工序结束后拆解车身出现B柱腔体生锈问题为例,通过调整涂装前处理脱脂、表面调整、磷化和水洗等工序控制参数以及钢板增开工艺孔,使得腔体生锈问题得到解决。
Taking the rust problem of B column cavity appeared in the disassembling body of automobile production line after the cathodic electrophoresis process as an example,the problem was solved by adjusting the control parameters of preteatment degreasing,surface conditioning,phosphating,washing,as well as adding process holes in the steel plate.
