摘要
目前城市轨道交通都是采用电力驱动,在北京、上海、广州等城市的地铁运营成本中,每年电费支出占总运营成本的15%~25%。电费成本随着运营里程的增加而成倍增长。本文探讨在运营期间,不以设备更新改造为基础而降低轨道交通运营电费。本文介绍了电价的相关规定和类别,重点介绍了杭州、广州、合肥、青岛、南京、深圳等城市的地铁公司在申请较低结算电价方面的经验和做法,分析了北京、上海、广州、宁波等城市的地铁公司每车公里牵引能耗指标,引入标准地下站能耗值的概念,统计17座已开通运营地铁城市的动照能耗,并提出了降低每车公里牵引电耗的相关措施。
        At present, urban rail transit is driven by electric power. Among the subway operating costs in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other cities, the annual electricity expense accounts for about 15%~25% of the total operating cost, and the electricity expense increases exponentially with the increase of operating mileage. In operation period, in order to reduce operating electricity, rail transit is not on the basis of equipment renewal and reconstruction, this paper introduces the electricity price and the relevant provisions of the category, focus on Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Hefei, Qingdao, Nanjing,Shenzhen and other cities in metro company applying for a lower settlement price of experience and practice, analyzes the city such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Ningbo, each vehicle kilometres MTR traction energy consumption indexes of lower per vehicle kilometres traction power consumption of the relevant measures are put forward, to introduce the concept of the underground station energy consumption standard values and statistics 17 has opened the subway city according to energy consumption, reduce energy consumption of move according to relevant measures are put forward.
