摘要
某型高压压气机孔探仪堵盖组合件弹簧断裂,文章采用宏观分析、断口微观形貌分析、成分分析等手段对弹簧断裂性质进行了分析,判定弹簧为疲劳断裂,疲劳起源于弹簧表面,针对弹簧断裂原因,提出了有效的改进措施。
The spring fracture of the plug cap assembly of a certain high pressure compressor hole detector is analyzed by means of macroscopic analysis, microanalysis of fracture surface and composition analysis, and the spring is judged to be fatigue fracture. Fatigue originated from the spring surface, and the effective improvement measures are put forward in view of the causes of spring fracture.
