摘要
基于某车型时钟弹簧失效的具体案例,通过图形分析方法排查出时钟弹簧内部润滑油脂低温冻结、折弯角度不满足90°及横边与接头间距过大是此次时钟弹簧失效的主要原因。并提出了相应措施:更换耐低温性能更好的润滑油脂,优化润滑油脂涂油工艺;制作折弯专用夹具,规范折弯工艺,减小横边与接头间距的公差。该措施有效解决了时钟弹簧失效问题。
        Based on the specific case of clock spring failure,through the graphical analysis method of screening out the clock spring internal lubricating grease low temperature freezing,does not meet the bending angle 90° and horizontal edge and joint spacing is too large are the main reason for the failure of the clock springs. The corresponding measures were put forward: replace the lubricating grease with better performance under low temperature,and optimize the lubricating grease coating process; make special fixture for bending,standardize bending process,reduce the tolerance between horizontal edge and joint. This measures effectively solve the problem of clock spring failure.
