摘要

加强政治工作能力训练,对于在未来信息化作战中充分发挥政治工作的服务保证和作战功能是非常重要的。要开展好该项工作,我军不仅要牢固树立以训强能、信息主导、综合集成和循序渐进等科学理念,还要不断加强政治工作的理论、手段和人才等建设,构建科学的政治工作能力训练的实践构架。
        It is necessary and very important to improve competence in conducting political work which will be a crucial factor for the guarantee of military function in the future information warfare. This requires that our army should not only firmly establish scientific concepts such as training ability, information leading, comprehensive integration on a basis of gradual progress, but also constantly strengthen the cultivation of talents, establishment of systematic theories and exploration of effective means of conducting political work, so as to construct a scientific practical framework of competence improvement.
