摘要
以核电轮槽2270-091092枞树型叶根精铣刀为例,阐述可换硬质合金型线精铣刀的设计、制造、应用,主要包括刀片周向分布设计、刀体和刀片参数计算与优化设计、确定铣刀的齿数、螺旋方向及刀片的旋转角度,并进行建模验证。该项目研制的可换精铣刀型线精度完全达到进口铣刀水平,可大幅度节约企业刀片费用,经济效益显著。
The design manufacture and application of replaceable carbide profile finish milling cutter are described with the example of nuclear power groove 2270-091092 fir tree blade root finish milling cutter. It mainly includes the design of the circumferential distribution of the blade,the calculation and optimization of the blade body and parameters,the determination of the number of teeth,the helical direction and the rotation angle of the cutter,and the modeling verification. The precision of the profile of the replaceable finish milling cutter developed in this project has completely reached the level of imported milling cutters,which can greatly save the cost of enterprise blades and bring remarkable economic benefits.
