强夯置换法在高填方工程淤积土处理中的应用

摘要
强夯置换法在淤积土处理中已越来越广泛应用。以某高填方场平工程淤积土处理项目为例,从技术、经济、效果、工期四个方面,对五种常用的淤积土处理方法进行说明和对比,确定采用强夯置换法对淤积土进行处理。然后,对强夯置换墩深度、夯击能级范围的确定以及具体施工工艺进行说明。通过理论计算,对处理前、后淤积土沉降和固结情况进行分析,计算结果表明:未处理时沉降量为82.7 cm,处理后沉降量为43.4 cm,沉降值减少了47.52%;处理后,工后固结度能达到95.5%。最后,采用重型动力触探试验和平板载荷试验对强夯置换的处理效果进行检验,检测结果表明:采用强夯置换法处理淤积土的效果满足设计要求,能够起到良好的加固效果。
        Dynamic replacement method has been more and more widely used in the treatment of alluvial soils.Alluvial soils treatment of high fill field-leveling project is taken as an example. Illustrate and comparison of five alluvial soils treatment methods from four aspects of technology,economy,effect and time limit of construction. The dynamic replacement method is adopted to deal with the alluvial soils. Then,the determination of the depth of dynamic replacement pier,the range of tamping energy level and the specific construction technology are described in detail. Through theoretical calculation,the settlement and consolidation of alluvial soils before and after treatment were analyzed. The results show that the settlement amount is 82.7 cm,the settlement is 43.4 cm,and the settlement value is reduced by 47.52% after treatment. The degree of consolidation can reach 95.5% after treatment. Finally,the heavy dynamic sounding test and the plate loading test are used to test the effect of dynamic replacement. The test results show that the effect of the dynamic replacement method in the treatment of the alluvial soil meet the design requirements,and it can play a good reinforcement effect.
