摘要
通过对自卸车满载货箱举升至后门打开前的过程进行分析,找出后门受力最大时刻的位置,依据库仑土压力理论计算出后门所受最大推力;然后建立自卸车后铁链开门机构的三维简化模型,应用三维软件Creo机构Mechanism模块分析求出铁链开门机构U型叉销轴所受拉力大小,并据此进入Simulate有限元分析模块对铁链开门机构的U型叉销轴进行强度校核,为自卸车铁链开门机构的设计及校核提供了方法和理论依据。
        The process of unloading truck full-load container was analyzed from lifting to the back door before opening, and the position of the maximum moment of force was found out on the back door, based on which the maximum thrust was calculated on the back door in the process according to the Coulomb earth pressure theory. And then a three-dimensional simplified model of the rear chain opening mechanism of the dump truck was established, and the Mechanism model of the Creo mechanism was applied. Based on the block analysis, the tensile force of the U-type fork pin shaft of the chain door opening mechanism is calculated,and the strength of the U-tppe fork pin shaft of the chain door opening mechanism is checked by the Simulate finite element analysis module. The method and theoretical basis are provided for the design and checking of the chain door opening mechanism of the dump truck.
