数据包络分析下船舶物流运输路径规划方法研究

摘要
为了降低船舶物流运输拥堵,设计基于数据包络分析思想,提出新型船舶物流运输路径规划方法。根据现有的航路节点路径信息,模拟船舶层面模型,明确当前路径冲突分流节点,引入数据包络分析中的交叉效率评价思想,以节点作为投入数据,添加"阻力费用"建立效率评价目标函数消除冲突点,将其作为输入变量,建立可通行性惩罚函数,将冲突节点并入到原点集中,即可获取最佳规划路径。通过仿真实验数据可以确定,应用设计规划物流路径后,船舶物流交通冲突率降低了43%,平均无阻路段长度提升了47%,可以有效避免物流配送拥堵。
        in order to reduce the congestion of ship logistics, a new route planning method of ship logistics was proposed based on the idea of data envelopment analysis. According to the existing route node path information, simulation model, clear the current shunt node path conflict, introduction of cross efficiency in data envelopment analysis(dea) evaluation method, node as input data, add "resistance" to establish the efficiency evaluation of the objective function to eliminate the conflict, as the input variables, establish trafficability punishment function, the conflict between nodes into concentrated origin, can obtain the best path. Through the simulation experiment data, it can be determined that after the application of the design and planning of logistics path, the traffic collision rate of ship logistics is reduced by 43%, and the average open road length is increased by 47%, which can effectively avoid logistics distribution congestion.
