摘要
采用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机研究了奥氏体再结晶区热轧温度和变形率对X80级厚壁管线用钢再结晶的影响,以及奥氏体非再结晶区热轧工艺与钢中先共析铁素体量之间的关系。结果表明,在980~1 150℃轧制,随着轧制温度的降低,钢的奥氏体晶粒明显细化;钢在980℃轧制变形20%并保温60 s后,奥氏体晶粒平均尺寸约为50μm;钢在奥氏体再结晶区轧制末段进行双道次热轧变形有利于获得理想的再结晶效果。随着在奥氏体非再结晶区热轧温度的降低,形变诱导先共析铁素体增多;钢在770℃轧制后,钢中先共析铁素体体积分数达到约15%,晶粒尺寸小于10μm。
        The effects of temperature and deformation rate of hot rolling in recrystallized region of austenite on recrystallization behavior of X80-grade steel for thick-walled pipeline,and the relation between process of rolling in non-recrystallized region of austenite and amount of proeutectoid ferrite in the steel,were investigated by a Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator. The results indicated that when rolled at temperatures ranging form 980 ℃ to 1 150 ℃,the austenite grain of the X80-grade steel became much finer with the decrease of rolling temperature,and that the average size of austenite grain in the steel rolled at 980 ℃ with deformation rate of 20% and then held for 60 s was about 50 μm. The double-pass rolling which was accomplished in final stage of rolling process in the recrystallized region helped the steel to obtain satisfactory recrystallization. As the temperature of hotrolling in non-recrystallized region of austenite decreased,the percentage of strain-induced proeutectoid ferrite increased in the steel. The steel rolled at 770 ℃ exhibited much pro-eutectoid ferrite of about 15% by volume,and grain size less than 10 μm.
