新时代高校开展新生入学工作的创新思考

摘要
"00后"大学生已成为新时代接受高等教育的主力军,新生入学作为高校培养人才实施教育的关键环节,也作为个体接受高等教育的起点是一项十分重要的高校工作。该文在围绕"00后"大学生成长的社会环境和自身特征的基础上,结合笔者实际工作经验,提出新生入学工作时间和范围界定新思路,并按照时间的发展顺序,提出了新生入学每个阶段的关键工作。
College students of post-00 s generation have become the main force of receiving higher education in the new era. As the key link of cultivating talents and conducting educational activities for colleges and universities,college enrollment is also a very important task for colleges and universities as the starting point for each student receiving higher education. Based on the social environment for college students' growth and their personal characteristics as well as the author's practical work experience, this paper offers a new idea for defining college enrollment time and scope, and puts forward the key task in each stage of college enrollment according to the development of chronological order.
