创新驱动战略及其实施主体

摘要
实施创新驱动战略是中国特色社会主义发展的必然选择。马克思主义经典作家历来重视科学技术在经济社会发展中的积极作用。创新驱动是生产力发展基础上的经济社会发展的全面改革和创新。在建立、发展、完善社会主义市场经济体制机制的过程中,企业已经逐渐成为科技创新的首要主体。在发展和完善社会主义市场经济体制机制的过程中,创新驱动型企业必然要与市场经济体制机制相适应。实施创新驱动战略也必须依靠作为区域性主体的各级政府更好地发挥其作用。在建立、发展、完善社会主义市场经济体制机制的过程中,政府与市场的关系始终是改革和创新的中心环节。
