摘要
采用力学性能测试和光学显微镜观察,研究调质工艺对厚度为25mm的控轧控冷(TMCP)态EH47级船板钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明:热处理后EH47船板钢的综合性能有较大提高,尤其是低温冲击性能。
The effects of quenching and tempering process on the microstructure and properties of controlled rolled and controlled cooled (TMCP) EH47 class steel with thickness of 25 mm were studied by means of mechanical property test and optical microscope observation. The results show that, after heat treatment, the comprehensive properties of EH47 plate steel are improved, especially the low temperature impact property.
