摘要
目的探讨薄型泡沫敷料联合藻酸钙敷料在预防老年患者PICC置管早期并发症的效果。方法选取2016年5月~2017年12月我院收治的306例PICC门诊置管的肿瘤老年患者作为研究对象,按照置管顺序随机分为对照组(n=150)和观察组(n=156)。置管后,对照组采用湿热敷预防早期并发症,观察组采用薄型泡沫敷料联合藻酸钙敷料预防早期并发症。两组连续观察7 d。比较两组置管后早期相关并发症的发生率。结果观察组置管后机械性静脉炎、穿刺点红肿感染、穿刺点渗血、静脉血栓的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PICC置管后采用薄型泡沫敷料联合藻酸钙敷料能有效降低老年患者早期并发症的发生率,减少患者痛苦,减轻护士工作量,值得临床推广运用。
        Objective To evaluate the effect of thin combined with calcium alginate dressing in preventing the early complications related to PICC tube insertion in elderly tumor patients. Methods During the period between May 2016 and December 2017, three hundred and six elderly tumor patients were enrolled in the study. Patients were randomly divided into control group(n=150) and observation group(n=156) by the order of catheterization. Patients in the control group were treated with wet hot compress to prevent early complications after catheterization, while the patients in the observation group were treated with thin combined with calcium alginate dressing after catheterization. The incidence of the PICC catheter related complications were evaluated for asubsequent week. Results Dressing ooze blood soaked states on the puncture points, PICC catheter-induced phlebitis and venous thrombosis rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The adoption of thin combined with calcium alginate dressing after PICC catheterization can effectively reduce the incidence of early complications related to PICC catheterization in elderly tumor patients, and relieve patients′ suffering as well as nurses′ workload. It′s worthy of clinical promotion.
