摘要
以10个不同产地天麻为样品,运用微波消解结合电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定不同天麻中的硒元素含量,并用标准物质考察该方法的准确性。结果表明,测定天麻样品中硒的回收率为97.5%-101.7%,RSD为2.24%-3.16%;在0-20ng/mL范围内线性良好(r=0.999 98),仪器检出限为0.004 583mg/kg,方法检出限为0.005 083mg/kg。本方法检出限低、灵敏度高、结果可靠,适合天麻微量元素硒含量的准确测定。
        10 samples of Gastrodia elata from different origins were studied by ICP-MS with microwave digestion to determine the content of selenium. The method was tested for accuracy by adding reference material to the process.It was concluded that the recovery rate of selenium of Gastrodia elata was 97. 5% -101. 7% and the RSD value of it was 2. 24% -3. 16% ; In the range of 0-20 ng/mL the test showed a good linearity( r = 0. 999 98),the detection limit of the instrument was 0. 004 583 mg/kg,the detection limit of the method was 0. 005 083 mg/kg. This method presents advantages of low detection limit,high sensitivity,and reliability,and is considered suitable for the accurate detection of the content of trace element selenium of Gastrodia elata.
