浅说澳大利亚JORC标准与中国分类规范的几点不同

摘要
在中国矿业"走出去"的大背景下,本文从如何利用国内国外两种资源,如何与国际接轨引出国内外矿产资源/储量分类标准的差异。主要从资源储量分类类别差异、分类方法、发布单位、资质人认可、市场认可机制、用户群、操作流程、技术要求、资源/储量估算方法、专业术语使用及翻译等方面论述了澳大利亚矿产资源和矿石储量报告规范,即《The JORC Code》2004 Edition与中国《固体矿产资源/储量分类》(GB/T17766-1999)之间的差异。期冀能对海外矿业设计项目、矿业开发项目有所裨益。
The differences between Chinese mineral resources / reserves classification standard and the JORC Code under the background of "Chinese mining going out" were discussed。The differences mainly focus on below aspects: mineral resources and ore reserves categories、classification method、publishing department、competent person recognition、 market recognition mechanism、user groups、operating procedures、technical requirements、resources / reserves estimation method、translation and use of professional terminology between "the JORC Code 2004 Edition" in Australia and "Classification for Resources / Reserves of solid fuels and mineral commodities"( GB / T17766-1999) in China. There will be some help for mining design projects and mining development projects overseas.
