摘要

中国现行勘查规范与国际通行规范在编制机制、指导思想、面对对象、信息披露制度、责任人机制、可行性研究内容和程序、估算方法、样品制度等方面都存在差异,但在对样品的要求、岩心采取率、边界外推原则等方面有兼容性。建立中国风险勘查资本市场是大势所趋,中国可以扬长避短,建立中国商业性矿产勘查成果报告公开披露标准。本文简要介绍了制定中国标准需要遵循的基本思路以及拟定的中国标准。
        China's existing geological exploration code is different from the international prevailing codes in formulation mechanism,guiding ideology,objects,information disclosure system,person responsible mechanism,content and process of feasibility study,estimation method and sampling system,but has compatibility with foreign countries in sampling requirements,core recovery,boundary extrapolation principle and etc.Creation of China's risk exploration capital market represents the general trend.China can make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages,and set its own standards.This paper introduces the basic guidelines for setting China's standards and those standards designed.
