摘要
目的:利用CBCT评估下颌第二磨牙C形根管的构型。方法:根据CBCT影像选取406颗C形根管的下颌第二磨牙,记录颊舌侧沟槽,从根管口、根管中段、根尖1/3三个横截面分析根管形态。结果:406颗下颌第二磨牙C形根管在根管口、根管中段、根尖1/3的根管构型有统计学差异(P<0.05),单独舌侧沟槽与颊舌两侧沟槽的在根管构型上有统计学差异(P<0.05);男女的根管构型在根管中段有统计学差异(P<0.05);不同年龄组的根管构型在根管口与根管中段有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:CBCT对C形根管的诊断有重要作用,C形根管横断面形态有一定规律可循。
        Objective: To study the configuration of C-shaped root canal of mandibular second molar by CBCT. Methods: According to the CBCT images, 406 C-shaped mandibular second molars in 124 males and 123 females were selected. The buccal and lingual grooves were recorded and the configuration of root canals was analyzed at three cross sections: root canal orifice, root canal middle and apical 1/3. Results: 406 C-shaped mandibular second molars showed significant difference in root canal configuration compared among the 3 levels: root canal orifice, root canal middle and apical 1/3(P<0.05). There was significant difference in the root canal configuration between the teeth with single lingual groove and those with both buccal and lingual groove(P<0.05). There was significant difference in root canal configuration between male and female groups(P<0.05). There was significant difference in root canal configuration at root canal orifice and root canal middle among the different age groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: CBCT is of great significance for the diagnosis of C-shaped canal systems. The cross section of C-shaped root canal has a certain regularity.
