彭子益圆运动学说概要及其与天人合一哲学思想关系探讨

摘要
彭子益的圆运动学说,从阴阳圆运动、五行圆运动、六气圆运动、人体之气圆运动几个方面概括了其核心部分,并从天人合一思维、升降学说学术源流角度对彭子益圆运动学说进行了解析。对于阴阳,彭子益先生认为太阳射到地面上的光热就是阳,地面上未照射到太阳的光热就是阴;五行方面,彭子益先生认为一年的大气中夏气属火,秋气属金,冬气属水,春气属木,中气属土;彭子益认为六气与五行运动有关,风属木,寒属水,湿属土,燥属金,唯火有二,即火与暑,一为君火,一为相火;人体脏腑之气的运动包括疏泄、宣通、收敛、封藏、运化、燔灼,此六者也因一气升降浮沉而成,疏泄、宣通、收敛、封藏、运化、燔灼构成人体脏腑之气的圆运动。彭子益圆运动思想是对《黄帝内经》以来气机升降思想的高度发挥,他以中国传统文化天人合一的固有思维,借宇宙自然圆运动之理论述了中医圆运动之理,探讨了人身气机圆运动的规律。彭子益《唯物论的系统医学》《圆运动的古中医学》在"中气如轴,四维如轮"圆运动思想的指导之下,对中医阴阳学说、五行学说、脏腑学说、病因病机学说进行了精妙阐释,并以圆运动学说对伤寒经方、温病时方、临床病证进行了解析,值得学者重视与师法。
Peng Ziyi's theory of circular motion summaries the core parts of yin-yang circular motion,five-elements circular motion,six qi circular motion,circular motion of the qi in the body. It analyzes Peng Ziyi's circular motion from the idea of unity of the heaven and human,ascending and descending theory. For yin and yang,Professor Peng believes the light and heat from the sunshine shining to the earth pertains to yang,but earth which doesn't receiving the light and heat from the sun pertains to yin. For five elements,Professor Peng believes summer qi pertains to fire,autumn qi pertains to metal,winter qi pertains to water,spring qi pertains to wood,middle qi pertains to earth. He holds that six qi is related to the movement of five elements. Wind pertains to wood,cold pertains to water,dampness pertains to earth,dryness pertains to metal. But fire and summer,the former is monarch fire while the latter is ministerial fire. The movement of the visceral qi includes dispersing,ventilating,astringing,storing,transporting and transforming and burning,which constitutes the circular motion of the visceral qi. His idea is the development of the theory of ascending and descending of qi movement in Inner Classic of Huangdi. Professor Peng explored the law of the circular motion of qi movement in the body based on the inherent theory of unity of the heaven and human and theory of circular movement in nature.His books of Materialistic Systematic Medicine and Circular Motion in Ancient Chinese Medicine expounds the theories of yin and yang,five elements,viscera,etiology and pathogenesis and analyzes the classic prescriptions of Cold Damage and current prescriptions of epidemic febrile disease and clinical diseases and syndromes,which is worth valuing,learning and following.
