OSCE在低年资护士危急症护理核心能力考核中的应用

摘要
目的探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)模式在低年资护士危急症护理核心能力考核中的应用效果。方法基于对盐城市大丰人民医院33名低年资护士的OSCE模式的考核,对考核结果进行系统分析,并在考核后采用问卷调查来评价考核效果。结果 33名低年资护士考核的总体平均成绩为82.23分;本次OSCE考核总体难度为0.77,总体区分度为0.60,内部一致性系数为0.70;84.8%的护理人员认为该考核模式有助于提升个人危急症护理核心能力。结论OSCE模式能较好的考核低年资护士危急症护理核心能力,多数考生对OSCE模式考核内容的设计、质量和效能比较满意。
Objective To exPlore the aPPlication effect of objective and structured clinical examination model in the assessment of the critical comPetence of critically ill nurses in low-grade nurses. Methods Based on the assessment of the OSCE model of 33 senior nurses in Dafeng PeoPle's HosPital of Yancheng City, a systematic analysis of the assessment results was conducted and a questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the assessment. Results Results The overall average score of33 senior nurses was 82.23 Points; the overall dif? culty of this OSCE assessment was 0.77, the overall degree of differentiation was 0.60, and the internal consistency coefficient was 0.70; 84.8% of nursing staff thought that the assessment model was helPful ImProve core critical care caPabilities for individuals. Conclusion The OSCE model can better evaluate the critical nursing caPacity of junior nurses. Most candidates are satis? ed with the design, quality and Performance of the OSCE model assessment.
