自我健康管理教育在膝骨性关节炎防治中的运用评价

摘要
目的探索并分析自我健康管理教育在膝骨性关节炎防治的临床效果。方法选取本院在2016年1月至2018年8月收治的膝骨性关节炎患者78例,将78例患者采用随机数字表法分成39例开展自我健康管理教育的研究组与开展传统干预的参照组39例,比对两组患者WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分、自我管理能力评分、关节炎认知评分及生活质量评分。结果研究组WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分、自我管理能力评分、关节炎认知评分及生活质量评分与参照组临床指标数据比对有意义(P<0.05)。结论自我健康管理教育在膝骨性关节炎防治中应用,可以改善骨关节炎的症状,提高自我管理能力及认知程度,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effects of self-health management education in the prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 78 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 were enrolled. 78 patients were randomly divided into 39 self-health management education groups and traditional interventions. In the reference group, 39 patients were compared, and the WOMAC osteoarthritis index score, self-management ability score, arthritis cognitive score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results The WOMAC osteoarthritis index score, self-management ability score, arthritis cognitive score and quality of life score of the study group were compared with the reference group clinical index data(P<0.05). Conclusion Self-health management education can be used in the prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis, which can improve the symptoms of osteoarthritis, improve self-management ability and cognitive level, and improve patients' quality of life.
