升阳益胃汤联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗肠易激综合征腹泻型68例

摘要
目的探讨升阳益胃汤联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗肠易激综合征疗效观察及生活质量改善情况。方法将68例肠易激综合征腹泻型患者随机分为2组,每组34例,观察组采用匹维溴铵合蒙脱石散、双歧杆菌治疗,治疗组采用升阳益胃汤加减联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗。于治疗前及第4w对患者分别以临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分评价症状改善情况,并进行对比分析,评估临床疗效。结果治疗4周末评定临床疗效、腹痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS),2组有效率比较差异有极显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肠易激综合征患者腹泻型采用中西医结合治疗能更好提高和改善肠易激综合征临床疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effects and improvement on quality of life of patients using Shengyang Yiwei decoction combined with flupentixoland melitracen tablets in the treatment of diarrhea rritable bowel syndrome(IBS). Methods 68 cases of patients with diarrhea IBS were divided into two groups, with 34 in the treatment group and 34 in control group. The control group was given pinaverium bromide tablets and montmorillonite powder, bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets, and the treatment group was given Shengyang Yiwei decoction combined with flupentixoland melitracen tablets. Before treatment and after four weeks of treat-ment, the improvements of clinical symptoms of patients were observed and analyzed in order to assess the clinical effects by visual analogue scale( VAS). Results After four weeks of treatment, the comparative difference of the effective rate between the two groups had statistic significance( P <0.05). Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diarrhea IBS.
