摘要
采用炉内加入、包内加入及随流加入方法试验研究了颗粒增强材料在离心半钢辊环的加入方式,并对不同冷型转速条件下颗粒的分布及对半钢材料性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,采用炉内加入方式颗粒在半钢基体材料中分布较均匀,增强效果显著。冷型转速对颗粒材料在基体内的分布影响较小。
The particles adding methods to the particle reinforced materials for centrifugal semi-steel roller were studied,and the particle distribution, properties of semi-steel materials under different rotating speed in the cold mould were investigated. The results show that the distribution of particles in the semi-steel matrix is more uniform and the reinforcement effect is more significant. The influence of the cooling speed on the distribution of granule materials in the substrate is smaller.
