输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的体会

摘要
目的:总结输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的临床效果。方法:分析近3年来气压弹道碎石治疗102例输尿管上段结石患者的资料。结果:102例患者中出现输尿管小的穿孔1例,输尿管黏膜下损伤2例,均及时放置F4号双J管,结束手术,9例插镜至肾盂后结石已进入肾盏,无法腔内碎石。碎石成功率88.23%。结论:输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石具有安全、有效、较易操作、术后住院日短、康复快、经济等特点,是一种治疗输尿管上段结石比较理想的方法之一,但术中操作一定要谨慎,否则也可能发生较严重的并发症。
Objective:To summarize the clinical effect of ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods:Analyze the data of 102 cases wirh upper ureteral calculi in the treatment of pneumatic lithotripsy in the past 3 years.Results:In 102 cases,1 cases of ureter perforation;2 cases of ureteral mucosa damage.They were all placed the F4 double J tube timely.After the operation,9 cases inserted mirror to pelvis calyceal calculi after has entered,so it can not taken endoscopic lithotripsy.The success rate was 88.23%.Conclusion:Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi is safety,effectivly,and easy to operate.It also has the characteristics of shorter postoperative hospital stay,faster recovery,economic and so on.It can be one of the ideal methods for the treatment of upper ureteral calculi if mastered this operation skills.But the operation must be careful,otherwise there may also had more serious complications.
