人性化护理管理服务在急腹症患儿护理中的实践研究

摘要
目的探讨人性化护理管理服务在急腹症患儿护理中的实践应用效果。方法选取2018年1月～2019年1月在本院接受治疗的114例急腹症患儿,按照就诊顺序分为观察组(n=57)与对照组(n=57)。对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组实施人性化护理管理,比较两组护理管理效果。结果观察组各项依从性评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量以及不良情绪改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.49%,显著高于对照组的84.21%(P<0.05)。结论在急腹症患儿护理中实施人性化护理管理服务,可明显改善患儿睡眠质量,缓解其不良情绪,提高家属护理满意度。
Objective To explore the practical application effect of humanized nursing management service in the nursing of children with acute abdomen.Methods A total of 114 children with acute abdomen who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.According to the order of visits,they were divided into observation group(n=57) and control group(n=57).The control group was given routine nursing management,while observation group was given humanized nursing management.The effect of nursing management between two groups was compared.Results The compliance scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The improvement of sleep quality and bad mood in observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 96.49%,which was significantly higher than 84.21% of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing management service in the nursing of children with acute abdomen can significantly improve the sleep quality of children,alleviate their bad mood and improve the satisfaction of family members.
