摘要
以对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基的清除活性以及还原力为指标,测定桑黄多糖的体外抗氧化作用。结果显示,桑黄多糖具有较强的还原力以及对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基的清除作用,其还原力和自由基清除作用与其浓度呈现量效关系。结果表明,桑黄多糖具有明显的体外抗氧化作用。
        The antioxidant effects of the polysaccharide from phellinus baumii in vitro were studied by determining the clearance rate of DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical, and the reduction ability. The results showed that the phellinus baumii polysaccharide had strong reducing ability and scavenging effect on DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical, which exhibited a certain dose-effect relationship with polysaccharide concentration. The results suggested that phellinus baumii polysaccharide had obvious antioxidant effects in vitro.
