彭江云辨治类风湿关节炎经验

摘要
彭江云教授认为类风湿关节炎的基本病机为阳虚邪凑,其治疗特点可概括为三因并治、祛邪为先,营卫同调、气血并补,活血通络、补益肝肾,顾护胃气、善用温药。彭教授将类风湿性关节炎分为风寒湿痹、风湿热痹、痰瘀痹阻、肾虚寒凝、肝肾阴虚、气血亏虚六型,辨证论治,疗效较好。
Professor PENG Jiangyun considered that the main pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis is the pathogenic factors caused by yang deficiency. The characteristics of his treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can be listed as follows:focusing on the three pathogenic factors of wind,cold and dampness,and eliminating pathogens first,regulating Ying qi and Wei qi simultaneously,and tonifying qi and blood,activating blood circulation and unblocking the collateral,and tonifying the liver and the kidney,protecting stomach qi and good at using warm medicine. Professor PENG divides the disease into six syndromes:wind-cold-dampness arthralgia,wind-dampness-heat arthralgia,phlegm and blood stasis arthralgia,kidney deficiency and cold accumulation arthralgia,yin deficiency of the liver and the kidney arthralgia,qi and blood deficiency arthralgia.He treats the disease according to the syndrome,which has achieved good curative efficacy.
