意义协调管理理论:人际传播研究的一个理论面向

摘要
意义协调管理作为人际传播研究的一个理论维度,认为对话中的人在共同建构他们所处的社会现实时,也被他们所创造的世界所改变。人们在对话过程中创制了两个基于"行为"和"语言"为材料的文本,即"现实故事"和"讲述的故事"。在同一对话过程中,这两个故事文本既缠绕在一起,又保持一定的"张力"。"现实故事"和"讲述的故事"之间存在的"张力"就是实施意义管理的重要动因。意义协调管理虽然是少数几个明确以"传播"为基础的理论之一,但该理论并没有得到足够的学术重视,由此,尝试从理论内涵、实际应用、研究现状与未来趋势等四个维度来勾勒其学术概貌,以期丰富传播学的研究地图。
