摘要

结合国内首台沸腾床渣油加氢反应器的制造监理过程,说明了设备监理组织规划的重要性以及设备制造过程中的监督检验监理要点,阐述了设备监理对重大设备研制的促进和保障作用。
        In this paper,through considering the supervision process of manufacturing the first fluidized bed residue hydrogenation reactor at home,the importance of organization planning in the equipment supervision was expounded,including the key points of supervision and the inspection in process of equipment manufacturing,as well as the role of equipment supervision in promoting and guaranteeing the development of major equipment.
