摘要
目的 探讨介入手术室护理人员继续教育需求程度与影响因素。方法 选取2016年10月至2018年6月82名介入手术室护理人员为研究对象,评估其继续教育需求程度,比较不同性别、年龄、文化程度、护龄、职称、工作心理状态、一般自我效能感及工作压力状态者的评估结果;同时以多因素logistic回归分析介入手术室护理人员继续教育需求程度的影响因素。结果 82名介入手术室护理人员中继续教育需求程度较高46名,一般23名,较低13名,不同性别护理人员的继续教育需求程度比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),单因素及多因素logistic回归分析显示,介入手术室护理人员继续教育需求程度的影响因素包括年龄、文化程度、护龄、职称、工作心理状态、一般自我效能感及工作压力。结论介入手术室护理人员对继续教育表现出较高的需求,且影响因素较多,可根据影响因素制定相关干预措施。
        Objective To explore the degree of continuing education needs of nursing staff in interventional operating room and the influencing factors.Methods To select 82 cases of nurses in the interventional operating room from October 2016 to June 2018 as the study subjects. We evaluated their needs for continuing education,and compared the evaluation results of nurses with different genders,ages,education levels,working ages,job titles,work mental state,general self-efficacy,and working pressures. At the same time,multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the continuing education needs of the nursing staff involved in the interventional operating room. Results Among the 82 nurses of interventional operating room,there were 46 nurses had higher demand for continuing education,23 nurses had general needs for continuing education,and 13 nurses had lower needs for continuing education. There was no statistical difference in the degree of needs for continuing education among nurses with different genders( P >0. 05). Single factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the continuing education needs of the nursing staff involved in the interventional operating room included age,education level,working age,job title,work mental state,general self-efficacy and work stress. Conclusion Nursing staff in interventional operating room show high demand for continuing education. However,there are many influencing factors for the needs. Therefore,we can formulate relevant intervention measures according to the influencing factors.
