摘要
目前吸脂术和腹壁整形术仍是腹部年轻化的主要治疗手段。吸脂术是腹壁年轻化的基础治疗手段,除负压吸脂和注射器吸脂外,临床上还有多种辅助吸脂方式,其中射频溶脂技术应用的较为广泛。吸脂术与腹壁整形术结合发展为腹壁吸脂整形术是腹壁塑形技术的一大进展,通过保留腹壁穿支血管,极大地降低了传统腹壁整形术后高并发症发生率。吸脂有效去除了皮下多余的脂肪,增强了塑性效果。此外,腹壁年轻化治疗中无创技术的应用也为提高手术效果、减少手术创伤做出了贡献。
        Nowadays,liposuction and abdominoplasty are still the main methods for abdominal rejuvenation. Liposuction is the basic treatment for abdominal wall rejuvenation. In addition to suction assisted liposuction and syringe liposuction,a variety of assisted liposuction methods have been used in clinical practice and the application of radiofrequency assisted liposuction technology is popular. The combination of liposuction and abdominoplasty is a great progress of abdominal reconstruction. By retaining the perforating blood vessels of the abdominal wall,the highly risk of complications of traditional abdominoplasty was greatly reduced. Liposuction can effectively remove the subcutaneous excess fat and enhance the plastic effect. In addition,the introduction of non-invasive techniques in the treatment of abdominal wall rejuvenation also contributes to the improvement of surgical outcomes and the reduction of surgical trauma.
