摘要
蛴螬通常被用作中药材,为了研究提高蛴螬质量控制方法,采用薄层色谱的方法对蛴螬几种氨基酸进行定性鉴别,并且按照中国药典相应方法检查蛴螬水分,灰分浸出物及重金属含量。结果表明:薄层色谱斑点清晰,成点性好,建立了蛴螬氨基酸薄层色谱鉴别方法;水分含量7. 00%~8. 56%,总灰分范围在29. 79%~31. 37%,酸不溶性灰分范围为9. 83%~12. 53%,重金属不得过30 ppm,蛴螬在50%醇热浸出物不得少于40%。提升后的标准,有效控制了蛴螬的质量。
The grub of Holotrichia diomphalia( Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae) are commonly used as part of the ingredients for traditional Chinese medicine. The objective of this study is to improve the quality control method of Holotrichia diomphalia grub. Thin-layer chromatography( TLC) method was used to qualitatively identify several amino acids. The moisture,ash extract and heavy metal content of the grub were examined according to the corresponding method of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Results indicated that thin-layer chromatogram spots were clear and well-pointed. Thus,a thin-layer chromatography method was established for the identification of the amino acids. The improved quality standard requires the moisture content to be7. 00% to 8. 56%,the total ash extract ranging from 29. 79% to 31. 37%,the acid-insoluble ash ranging from9. 83% to 12. 53 %,the heavy metals not exceeding 30 ppm,and the 50% alcohol hot leachate not less than40%. The improved standard would effectively control the quality of the Holotrichia diomphalia grub.
