摘要
为了适应国内油气管道工程建设的发展趋势,研发了X80钢级Φ1 219 mm×33 mm/37.9 mm热煨弯管产品。通过大量的试验与研究,开发出了适用于X80钢级Φ1 219 mm×33 mm/37.9 mm母管用钢板;通过优化焊材匹配,创新小角度低线能量快速焊接的方法,获得了性能优良的母管焊接接头;通过母管与弯管制造工艺与性能的研究,掌握了X80钢级Φ1 219 mm×33 mm/37.9 mm "钢板-母管-弯管"的性能变化规律。研发出的X80钢级Φ1 219 mm×33 mm热煨弯管尺寸精良,性能优异,具备批量生产供货条件。作为技术储备,研制出了X80钢级Φ1 219 mm×37.9 mm热煨弯管产品。
        For the purpose to adapt to the development trend of domestic oil and gas pipeline engineering construction,the X80 Φ1 219 mm×33 mm and Φ1 219 mm×37.9 mm hot induction bends pipe have been researched and developed. Through a large number of experiments and research,the chemical component and microstructure of X80 Φ1 219 mm×33 mm/37.9 mm steel plate for the mother pipe has been developed. We have acquired the welded joint of mother pipe with good mechanical performance by the meaning of optimizing welding consumables matching,and innovating a correspondingly fast welding method characterized by small-angle bevel and lower heat input. Moreover,changing rules of mechanical performance of X80Φ1 219 mm×33 mm/37.9 mm plate-mother pipe-hot bend have been mastered after researching manufacture procedure and properties of mother pipe and hot induction bend. The X80 Φ1 219 mm ×33 mm hot induction bend product developed has excellent size and mechanical performance,meets the requirements of mass production. As technical reserve,we developed X80 Φ1 219 mm ×37.9 mm hot induction bend product,which is the largest wall thickness X80 hot induction bend in the world up to now.
