摘要
珠海市横琴新区采用了20kV"双链环"配电网接线型式,这种具有分层分区自治自愈功能的智能电网是首次在国内推广和使用的。为了解决"双链环"智能配电网在运行维护过程中遇到的问题,提高电网运行维护人员的技能水平,本文设计了一种能够在实验室内模拟"双链环"智能配电网培训的"微型网络"系统,运行维护人员可通过本系统模拟各种运行故障,并能够直观地学习到分层分区自治自愈功能的动作全过程和基本原理。
        Hengqin New District of Zhuhai City has adopted a 20 kV "double-chain-link" distribution network connection type,which is the first time that the smart grid with hierarchical,zonal,autonomous and self-healing function has been popularized and used in China. In order to solve the problems encountered in the operation and maintenance of the "double-chain-link" intelligent distribution network and improve the skill level of the operation and maintenance personnel,this paper designs a "micro-network" system which can simulate the training of the "double-chain-link" intelligent distribution network in the laboratory. Operating and maintenance personnel can simulate various operation faults through this system,and can intuitively learn hierarchical and zonal autonomy. The whole process and basic principle of self-healing function.
