“教、学、做”一体化模式在创新人才培养的应用研究

摘要
"教学做合一"的思想是陶行知教育思想的一个重要组成部分,强调以"做"为中心,在做中学,做中教,做中求进步。"教、学、做"一体化的培养模式强调学生的参与和实践,有利于创新人才的培养。以化学专业为例,在陶行知"教、学、做"一体化思想指导下进行了教学模式的改革。主要从课程群设置、课内外学习、科研实践活动等几个方面着手培养符合时代要求的创新型人才。经过近五年的实践,取得了良好的效果。
        The thought of "Combination of Teaching and Practice " which emphasizes "doing " as the center,learning while doing,teaching while doing and progressing while doing is an important part of Tao Xingzhi's educational thought. The integrated training mode of teaching,learning and doing pays attention to students' participation and practice,which is conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents. Taking chemistry as an example,the teaching mode was reformed under the guidance of Tao Xingzhi's thought of "teaching,learning and doing". Innovative talents that met the requirements of the times were trained mainly from the curriculum group settings,in and out of class learning,research and practical activities and other aspects. The better results were obtained by practice in five years.
