护理干预联合常规护理在精神分裂症合并下肢静脉血栓患者中的应用及对预后的影响研究

摘要
目的研究给予精神分裂症合并下肢静脉血栓患者护理干预联合常规护理的应用效果,并分析患者预后情况。方法选取2017年6月—2018年7月该院收治的70例精神分裂症合并下肢静脉血栓患者,按照电脑产生随机数的方法将其分为各有35例患者的观察组和对照组。均给予两组患者常规护理措施,在此基础上给予观察组患者护理干预。比较应用不同护理措施治疗3个月后两组患者的预后情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率为91.43%,显著高于对照组患者的总有效率80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症合并下肢静脉血栓患者采用护理干预联合常规护理措施能够有效提升患者的治疗效果,改善其预后情况。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention combined with routine nursing in patients with schizophrenia complicated with venous thrombosis of lower extremity, and to analyze the prognosis of the patients.Methods From June 2017 to July 2018, 70 patients with schizophrenia complicated with venous thrombosis of lower extremity were selected and divided into observation group(35 cases) and control group(35 cases) according to the method of computer generated random number. Two groups of patients were given routine nursing measures, on the basis of observation group patients nursing intervention. To compare the prognosis of the two groups after 3 months of treatment with different nursing measures. Results the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was as follows:The total effective rate of 91.43 was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention combined with routine nursing measures in patients with schizophrenia complicated with venous thrombosis of lower extremity can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve the prognosis of the patients.
