摘要
目的分析鲍曼不动杆菌(ABA)分布特征及耐药性,为临床提供治疗依据。方法回顾性分析医院2013年1月至2016年12月分离的2 510株ABA的检出率、临床感染分布、药敏结果及多重ABA菌株分离率。结果 4年来,该院ABA占所有检出病原菌的比例呈上升趋势;在痰标本及咽拭子的检出率最高(90.92%);药敏试验结果显示,ABA对常见14种抗菌药的耐药率整体呈上升趋势;4年间多重耐药ABA的分离率由12.50%上升到15.62%。结论 ABA的检出率和耐药性不断上升,应动态监测该菌的分布及耐药情况变迁,分析药敏试验结果,合理使用抗菌药物,以提高疗效并减缓耐药菌株的产生。
        Objective To investigate the distribution features and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumnnii(ABA), to provide references for the clinical therapeutics. Methods The detection rates, clinical infection distributions, drug sensitivity test results and multiple ABA strain isolation rates of 2 510 strains ABA isolated from January 2013 to December 2016 were retrospective analyzed. Results The study found that the proportion of ABA in all pathogenic bacteria increased during the four years in the hospital. The detection rate of ABA was the highest in sputum samples and oropharyngeal swabs(90.92%).The drug sensitivity test results showed that the drug resistance rate of ABA had an upward trend for the 14 kinds of common antibiotics on the whole, and the separation rate of ABA increased from 12.50% to 15.62% in the four years.Conclusion The detection rate and resistance rate of ABA showed increasing trend. It should dynamiclly monitor the ABA distribution and resistance changes, and analyze the drug sensitivity test results to guide the rational use of antibiotics so as to increase the positive effect and reduce drug resistance rate.
