潘庄煤矿煤层气项目经济评价及影响因素分析

摘要
基于折现现金流法评价了潘庄煤层气项目商业性生产期的经济情况,并得到经济指标。敏感性分析结果表明,影响该项目经济性的最主要指标为产量,其次从大到小分别为气价、建设投资及经营成本。根据煤层气项目的相关政策,对财政补贴进行情景分析,评价结果显示该项目经济效益较好,财政补贴的变动对最终收益有所影响,但该项目仍具有较高投资价值。
Based on the discounted cash flow method, the economic situation of the commercial production period of Panzhuang Area is evaluated, and the economic indicators are obtained. Sensitivity analysis shows that the most important indicator affecting the economics of the project is production, followed by gas price, construction investment and operating cost. According to the relevant policies for CBM project, the scenario analysis of the financial subsidy shows that the project has good economic benefits, and the change of financial subsidies has an impact on the final income, but the project still has a high investment value.
