摘要
在水轮发电机组调试过程中,静态模拟试验时,试验人员关注的是机械过速保护装置动作灵敏度及事故配压阀关闭时间。动态试验时,一般机组转速上升至试验转速时为了保证机组安全,试验人员都会立即手动关闭导叶至全关,然后检查机械过速装置和事故配压阀是否正确动作。因此,机械过保护装置动作后事故配压阀的响应时间常常被忽略。本文以某水电站1号机组为例,更多的关注了机械过速保护动作后事故配压阀的响应速度问题,简要介绍了水轮机机械过速保护装置动作后,事故配压阀不能及时响应的原因和处理方法,为同行技术人员提供一些借鉴经验。
        During the static simulation test of the hydroelectric generating unit,the testers pay more attention to the actionsensitivity of the mechanical overspeed protection device and the closing time of the emergency distribution valve.In order to ensure safety,the testers usually manually close the guide blade to full close immediately when the unit speed rises to test rpm,then check whether the mechanical overspeed protection device and emergency distribution valve react correctly.Therefore,the response time of emergency distribution valve after the mechanical overspeed protection device act is usually ignored.Taking the No.1 unit of a hydropower station as an example,it is paid more attention that the response speed of the emergency distribution valve after the mechanical overspeed protection device act and we introduce the cause and treatment that the emergency distribution valve cannot react immediately after the mechanical overspeed protection device act so as to provide some experience to others in the same field.
