家用电器中电机轴易触及的塑封电机安全要求

摘要
IEC60335-1标准中对于Ⅱ类器具和含Ⅱ类结构的器具,要求人手不能触碰易触及带电部件和基本绝缘。家电市场产品和功能多样性越来越丰富,其中就有部分此类家用电器在日常使用中设计要求是允许人手可触碰电机轴等部件,并且很多采用的是塑封电机。对于此类型家用电器,电机需要有足够的绝缘防护以减少安全隐患。本文针对使用塑封电机的Ⅱ类器具和含Ⅱ类结构器具,结合IEC60335-1标准安全要求,分析电机绝缘性设计,为以后设计开发电机选型提供参考。
According to the IEC 60335-1, the live parts and basic insulation shall not be touched for Class Ⅱ appliances and Class Ⅱ constructions. The function of the household appliances becomes more diverse, and some of these household appliances' motor shafts are allowed to be touched, in the other hand, most of the motor of the appliances are plastic package motor. This kind of motor needs to have sufficient insulation protectionin order to avoid security problems. This article analyzes safety requirements of plastic package motor for easy access of motor shaft used in household and similar electrical appliancesto provide reference for future design.
