瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩产程中的安全护理体会

摘要
目的:探讨瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩产程中的安全护理方法及效果。方法:选取某院产科近两年收治的80例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩产妇,按照平行对照法分为观察组与参考组各40例,参考组接受阴道分娩常规护理干预,观察组分娩产程中加强安全护理干预,比较两组分娩结局。结果:观察组阴道分娩率明显大于参考组(P<0.05);观察组产妇、新生儿并发症发生率明显低于参考组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿Apgar评分明显优于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩产程中实施安全护理有助于提高阴道分娩率,改善妊娠结局。
Objective: To explore the safe nursing method and effect of vaginal delivery of scar uterus subsequent pregnancy. Methods: 80 cases of subsequent pregnancy with scar uterine in a hospital for the last two years were selected and divided into observation group and reference group according to parallel control method, each group has 40 cases. The reference group received the routine nursing intervention of vaginal delivery, and the observation group strengthened the safety nursing intervention during the delivery process, and compared the outcomes of the two groups. Results: The rate of vaginal delivery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05). The Apgar score of neonates in the observation group was significantly better than that of the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion: It is helpful to improve the vaginal delivery rate and improve the outcome of pregnancy by using safe nursing during the subsequent pregnancy.
