摘要

通过分析滕州盛隆化工有限公司一期甲醇装置的3台4M40-345/25往复活塞式压缩机时常出现的故障,指出其原因并提出正确处理问题的方法,为今后处理此类问题提供经验和参考。
        By analyzing common faults of three 4M40-345/25 reciprocating piston compressors in the first phase of methanol plant of Tengzhou Shenglong Chemical Company, this paper points out the causes and puts forward the right way to handle these problems, which provides experience and reference for dealing with such problems in the future.
