摘要
针对高精度、高强度、高刚度、高疲劳性的转轴成形较难的问题,提出了一种多级锻造工艺方法。对转轴成形工艺进行了分析,建立了锻方、镦粗、模锻等多级锻造有限元仿真模型。运用专业数值仿真软件对其等效应力及形状进行仿真分析;在同样的条件下进行了相应的成形试验。有限元仿真及试验结果表明:在转轴多级锻造成形过程中,锻方、镦粗、模锻不同成形工序的等效应力分布不同;锻方、镦粗、模锻不同工序成形的锻件仿真形状与试验形状基本一致。
In order to solve the difficult forming problem of the rotary shaft with high precision, high strength, high stiffness and high fatigue, a multi-stage forging process was proposed. The forming process of the rotary shaft was analyzed.The finite element simulation model of multi-stage forging, such as forging square, upsetting and die forging, was established.The equivalent stress and shape were simulated and analyzed by professional numerical simulation software. Under the same conditions, the corresponding forming tests were carried out. The results of finite element simulation and test show that the equivalent stress distribution of forging square, upsetting and die forging is different in the process of multi-stage forging of the rotary shaft. The forging simulation shape in forging square, upsetting and die forging procedure is basically the same as that of the test.
