封堵器治疗主动脉疾病的新进展

<正>1主动脉夹层破口的治疗对于Standford A型夹层近端破口的处理,目前常用的治疗方法为升主动脉人工血管置换术,根据夹层累及范围考虑是否行主动脉瓣和主动脉弓置换术。而高龄、合并多种疾病、全身基础情况较差的患者往往不能耐受外科开胸手术,且日渐成熟的血管腔内支架置入术由于此处夹层破口邻近主动脉根部等一系列重要解剖结构,应用起来同样受到很大限制。近年来,一些学者开始尝试应用封堵器处理升主动脉夹层近端破口。Roselli等[1]应用血管支架治疗1例主动脉近端慢性夹层患者,由于血管支架影响到主动脉瓣功能导致置入失败,后成功换用房间隔缺损(atrial septal defect,ASD)封堵器堵住破口。Yuan
