徐云生治疗甲状腺疾病用药规律的varclus聚类分析

摘要
目的利用SAS软件varclus功能分析徐云生教授治疗甲状腺疾病的用药规律。方法将徐云生教授治疗甲状腺疾病的166份病例录入名老中医网,建立频率统计表,导出数据,利用SAS软件的varclus功能,对频率>20%的34味中药进行聚类分析。结果 34味中药分为9类:(1)陈皮、连翘、桑寄生、酸枣仁、薏苡仁;(2)川牛膝、黄芪、麦冬、五味子;(3)白芍、赤芍、川芎、当归、菊花、夏枯草;(4)甘草、龙骨、牡蛎;(5)半夏、白术、党参,郁金;(6)茯苓、枸杞、山药、山茱萸;(7)柴胡、当归、香附、益母草;(8)玄参、栀子;(9)地骨皮、泽泻。结论通过分析,徐教授用药有以下特点:重视调肝,从痰论治,重视活血,气阴双调,注重肝肾,标本兼治,注重滋阴清热,注意调理睡眠。
Objective To analyze the medication rules in the treatment of thyroid diseases treated by Prof. Xu Yunsheng with SAS software varclus function. Methods A total of 166 cases of thyroid diseases treated by Prof. Xu Yunsheng were recorded into the famous physicians' network to set up frequency statistical table and derive the data. Using SAS software varclus function,34 herbal medicines with the frequency >20% were collected for the cluster analysis. Results A total of 9 categories were divided among 34 herbal medicines. 1. Pericardium citri reticulatae,fructus forsythia,parasitic loranthus,spina date seed and semen coicis; 2. Radix cyathulae,astragalus membranaceus,radix ophiopogonis and schisandra chinensis; 3. Radix paeoniae alba,root of common peony,ligusticum wallichii,angelica sinensis,flos chrysanthemi,spica prunellae; 4. Glycyrrhiza,ossa draconis and concha ostreae; 5. Pinellia ternate,rhizome atractylodis macrocephalae,codonopsis pilosula and radix curcumae; 6. Poris cocos,lyceum sinensis mill,Chinese yam and cornus; 7. Radix bupleuri,angelica sinensis,rhizome cyperi and leonurus; 8. Radix scrophulariae and fructus gardenia; 9.Cortex lycii radicis and rhizome alismatis. Conclusion Through the analysis,the medication rules of Prof.Xu are emphasizing the regulation of liver,focusing on phlegm in treatment,emphasizing blood activation,regulating mutually yin and yang,emphasizing the functions of the liver and kidney,treating mutually the primary and the secondary,stressing on nourishing yin and clearing heat,and paying attention to regulate sleep.
