红景天对心肺转流相关性肺损伤的保护作用

摘要
目的探讨红景天注射液对心肺转流(CPB)相关性肺损伤的保护作用。方法 CPB下行心脏直视手术患者60例随机均分为两组:R组术前5d至术后2d静脉滴注红景天注射液;N组则给予等量生理盐水。术前(T0)、主动脉开放时(T1)、术后6h(T2)、术后24h(T3)及术后48h(T4)检测两组患者TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8水平和肺功能氧合指数(OI)、呼吸指数(RI)。结果与T0相比,两组患者T1~T3时TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8水平升高(P<0.05),T1~T4时OI降低,RI升高(P<0.05);与N组比较,T1~T4时R组患者TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8水平和RI降低,OI升高(P<0.05)。结论在心脏直视手术患者,红景天注射液能降低炎症反应,减轻CPB所致的肺损伤。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of rhodiola rosea on cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)-related lung injury.Methods Sixty patients undergoing open heart surgery under CPB were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases each.Group R was intravenously injected rhodiola rosea and group N was injected the same volume of normal saline.The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 and oxygenation index(OI)and respiratory index(RI)were detected before operation(T0),aortic opening(T1),at 6 hours(T2),24 hours(T3)and 48 hours after operation(T4).Results Compared with T0,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 were higher at T1-T3,OI was lower and RI was higher at T1-T4(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 and RI at T1-T4 were lower and OI was higher in group R than those in group N(P<0.05).Conclusion Rhodiola rosea can reduce the inflammatory response and attenuate CPB-induced pulmonary injury in the patients undergoing open heart surgery.
