摘要
目的分析研究冬虫夏草联合丹参器官保存液对大鼠肝脏保存效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年3月该院进行肝脏移植试验的86只SD大鼠作为该次研究对象,随机数字表达法分为43例研究组和43例对照组,其中对照组中的SD大鼠采用UW保存液对其肝脏进行保存,研究组中的SD大鼠用观察两组SD大鼠用冬虫夏草联合丹参器官保存液对其肝脏进行保存。结果研究组保存液p H值在(7.41±0.56)左右,渗透压为(325.09±11.03)mmol/L,与对照组中保存液p H值(7.38±0.08)和渗透压(320.15±10.95)mmol/L相比无明显区别(t=3.294,7.391,P>0.05);研究组中离体大鼠所分泌的胆汁量在48 h内随时间的延长逐渐减少[(1.97±0.12),(2.23±0.13),(2.67±0.21),(2.86±0.09),(3.17±0.09)μL],且显著低于对照组中大鼠分泌的胆汁量(1.67±0.03,(2.34±0.21),(2.75±0.11),(3.01±0.04),(3.28±0.56)μL](t=13.294,13.391、15.125、17.935、15.693,P<0.05)。结论就对离体SD大鼠肝脏的保存效果来看,研制的冬虫夏草联合丹参器官保存液与UW液保存效果相近,在灌注后肝细胞胆汁分泌方面略优于UW液,冬虫夏草联合丹参器官保存液对SD大鼠肝脏的保存效果较好,在临床上值得进一步推广。
        Objective To analyze the effects of Cordyceps sinensis combined with Danshen organ preservation solution on rat liver preservation. Methods 86 Sprague Dawley rats undergoing liver transplantation in the hospital from March2016 to March 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into 43 study groups and 43 control groups, among which SD rats in the control group UW preservation solution was used to preserve the liver. SD rats in the study group were observed for two groups of SD rats using Cordyceps sinensis combined with Danshen organ preservation solution to preserve the liver. Results The p H value of the preservation solution in the study group was about(7.41±0.56), and the osmotic pressure was(325.09±11.03)mmol/L. There was no significant difference between the storage solution p H value of(7.38 ±0.08) and the osmotic pressure(320.15 ±10.95)mmol/L in the control group(t =3.294, 7.391, P>0.05); The amount of bile secreted by isolated rats in the study group gradually decreased over time within 48 hours [(1.97±0.12),(2.23±0.13),(2.67±0.21),(2.86±0.09),(3.17±0.09)μL], and was significantly lower. The amount of bile secreted by the rats in the control group [(1.67±0.03)),(2.34±0.21),(2.75±0.11),(3.01±0.04),(3.28±0.56)μL](t=13.294, 13.391, 15.125, 17.935, 15.693, P<0.05). Conclusion For the preservation effect of isolated SD rat liver, the developed Cordyceps sinensis combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza organ preservation solution is similar to that of UW solution, and it is slightly better than UW solution in the secretion of hepatocyte bile after perfusion. Cordyceps sinensis combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza organ preservation solution effect of SD rat liver is better, and it is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
