摘要
采用Ansoft Maxwell电磁仿真软件模拟了磁脉冲焊接中外管表面磁感应强度分布,研究了外管周向磁感应强度分布。通过空管变形实验研究了放电电压对外管变形的影响,并以此来验证仿真结果。结果表明:集磁器开口间隙减弱了其附近位置外管上的磁感应强度,并且随着电压的增大,这种不均匀性加剧。空管变形实验表明,外管在集磁器开口间隙附近变形量比周向其它位置小,随着电压的增大,这种变形差异逐渐增大。
The surface magnetic induction intensity distribution of the outer tube in magnetic pulse welding was stimulated by using Ansoft Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software, and the circumferential magnetic induction intensity distribution of outer tube was investigated. The deformation of outer tube was researched by blank tube deformation experiments, and the simulation results were verified by this method. The results show that the opening gap of field shaper weakens the magnetic induction of the outer tube near the field shaper opening gap, and non-uniformity of magnetic induction intensity increases with the increase of the voltage. The blank tube deformation experiment shows that the deformation of the outer tube near the opening gap of field shaper is smaller than that of the other positions in the circumferential direction. With the increase of the voltage, the difference of the deformation increases gradually.
