摘要
思想政治工作是高等教育事业发展中不可或缺的重要组成部分,如何加强高校思政课的质量管理与评估,是提升高校思政课质量与效果的重要手段。文章首先探讨了CIPP评价模式应用于高校思政课教育评估的可行性;其次依据CIPP理论建立了农林高校思政课教育评估指标体系,然后将模型应用于北京农学院研究生思政课实践的满意度测评,最后给出相应的改进措施。[1]
        Ideological and political work is an indispensable part of the development of higher education.How to strengthen the quality management and evaluation of ideological and political education in universities is an important means to improve the quality and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The article first discusses the feasibility of applying the CIPP evaluation model to the evaluation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities;secondly,it establishes the evaluation index system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities based on the CIPP theory,and then applies the model to the satisfaction of the ideological and political lesson practice of Beijing agricultural university.Finally,the corresponding improvement measures are given.
